What is your shipping process like? We ship apparel on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and print our coffee mugs and tote bags on demand. That being said, please allow 10-12 business days to receive your order- especially during the holiday season (mid-November to late December). Please also be aware that, because we are shipping from two different warehouses (our apparel ships from one warehouse and our coffee mugs and tote bags ship from another), you will receive your order in two separate shipments. 

Do you ship internationally? Yes! Please note that shipping times vary depending on the country. Please also note that our products will be viewed and purchased online in US dollars. The customer is responsible for all duties and customs (these vary depending on the country). Questions? Contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc. 

Can I change my address after I place an order? We will do our best to accommodate this request, but we cannot guarantee it. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake once your order is made, email us ASAP so that we can try and fix it! You can reach us at 


Can I return an item? All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please be sure to read through our product descriptions thoroughly before making your purchase. I received my order and it is damaged. Now what? Tell us! To qualify for a replacement, you must report damaged, unused items within 2 weeks of receiving your order. 

To submit a replacement request, please email us at with your order number and photos of the damaged product, as well as the shipping container.

Damaged items from international orders will be refunded and not replaced.
